Hello and welcome to another episode of From Darkness to Light a podcast about healing, accepting love and learning to live life to the full.
My name is Stephanie and I am excited to continue to share my story. I am greatly encouraged by the large number of people offering encouragement regarding the first two episodes and I will thank them individually later on. – Asked to take a baby step forward
– Took a huge step instead and wrote down my story
– Sharing it with another person led to many tears and hole in the wall I had created
– A profound revelation from my counselor
Next time I will share the next steps that occurred both in counseling and spiritual direction. There were some extremely profound things that happened after the session I talked about in this episode.
