8. Seeing Boston
Boston is a city and area that is full of American history. My education on that time period was severely lacking however. I’m very excited to be able to see it for myself and to learning more about it. On Friday morning I am taking the Unofficial Harvard Tour that I heard about on the Boston Behind the Scenes podcast, hopefully with my friend Zina. It is a fun and entertaining look at the Cambridge area and I have heard lots of good things about it.
On Friday afternoon, along with two other families and hopefully some others I will be taking the Unofficial Boston tour, which has a similar feel to the Harvard tour but is about the downtown area. On Sunday afternoon, I’ve made plans to tour some more of the city with the two families I’m touring with and some other individuals. Luckily one friend used to live and work there, so we won’t get lost! 😉
