Hello and welcome to another episode of From Darkness to Light a podcast about healing, accepting love and learning to live life to the full.
So far I have shared how I started working with my wonderful spiritual director, how I made the decision to begin to heal through counseling, my initial sessions of counseling, my first big step and the blessings that have come from letting God be part of the process.
